Hyatt Place Tampa/Wesley Chapel is now open in Lutz, Florida. It is owned and operated by Impact Properties under CEO Dilip Kanji.
The 132-room hotel is the first Hyatt hotel in the unincorporated Wesley Chapel area and surrounding Pasco County.
