The Impact Group has been very successful in the hospitality industry
over the past 25 years. During this period, the Impact Group acquired,
developed, and managed over 30 hotels throughout Florida and Georgia.
Over the past 3 years Impact has taken advantage of the tremendous
strength of the US Hospitality market by selling a substantial portion
of its portfolio at record setting prices. Impacts investors
have benefited substantially as a result and have recommitted themselves
to future Impact Projects.
The company has been approved by many of the major franchisors to
develop, operate and manage their respective brands, including,
but not limited to: Starwood Hotels and Resorts, Hilton Hotel Corporation,
Marriott International, Intercontinental Hotels, Choice Hotels and
Cendant.
Impacts investment strategy is driven by the corporate mission
of selective acquisition, development and management of hotel properties
in major markets on the East Coast. Impact is also committed to
growing its market share and adding value to its portfolio through
renovations, repositioning and expansion.
Looking forward, Impact currently owns and operates 2 hotels in
Florida and has 4 additional hotels in various stages of development.
