Distressed Asset Advisory Services

The Impact Group has experience working with distressed assets since the Savings and Loans Crisis and RTC days of the early 1990's. Our goal is to protect the asset and the value of the property during the period of distress and work towards an expeditious solution for all parties involved. We have successfully collaborated with lending institutions, insurance companies and individual hotel owners with the management and sale of their non-performing hotels through foreclosure, bankruptcy, court appointed receivership, and mortgage note sales. When working with the lending institution or owner, we will work efficiently and quickly to identify problem areas within the asset and focus on the most practical approach to stabilizing that particular hotel asset.
