Dilip Kanji, President and CEO
Dilip is President and CEO of Impact Management, Inc. With over 30 years of experience in the hotel industry, he is responsible for the company's long term business development activities and overseeing its management function. His business achievements have been well recognized in the hotel industry. Mr. Kanji remains an active participant within the local business community and is a member of the Florida Hotel/Motel Association, the American Hotel/Motel Association, the Asian American Hotel Owner's Association, the Tampa/Hillsborough Convention & Visitors Bureau (Board Member), and the Indo-US Chamber of Commerce (Founding Board Member/Chairman).

Kish Kanji, Executive Vice President
Kish Kanji is the Executive Vice President for Impact Properties, Inc. He has over 29 years of experience in the lodging industry and is responsible for the management of Impact's regional office in Jacksonville, FL. Mr. Kanji has extensive experience in the operations and management of IHG, Hilton, Choice, and Best Western flags. Mr. Kanji is very active within the industry and sits on the board of the Jacksonville Convention & Visitors Bureau, the Jacksonville Hotel/Motel Association, and the local INDO-US Chapter and is also a member of AHOAA.

Nash Kanji, Vice President - Development
Naresh Kanji is the Vice President responsible for all Development activity for Impact Properties, Inc. He has over 23 years of experience in the lodging industry and his experience spans over all facets of project development and construction management. Most recently, Mr. Kanji was responsible for the construction management of over $85 million of projects over the past three years in Tampa, FL that includes the Westin Tampa Bay, Marriott Springhill Suites, and the Country Inn & Suites. His recent projects have been recognized in the industry for their excellence, most notably being awarded the Florida Regional Award and the National Award of Excellence for the construction of the Westin Tampa Bay by Associated Builders and Contractors Association in 2009.

Mary Mathieu, Vice President - Asset Management
Mary Mathieu is the Vice President of Asset Management for Impact Properties, Inc. She has 22 years of experience in hotel operations and asset management. Mrs. Mathieu is certified to operate and manage all major hotel franchises including Starwood, Marriott, Hilton, Intercontinental, Carlson, Wyndham, and Choice International. Mrs. Mathieu is actively involved within the local community and maintains an active role in the Tampa/Hillsborough Convention & Visitors Bureau, Hillsborough County Hotel & Motel Association, Tampa Chamber of Commerce, Ybor City Chamber of Commerce, and the Brandon Chamber of Commerce. Mrs. Mathieu has been recognized by her peers on numerous occasions which include the Chairman's Club Sheraton Guest Satisfaction Award and the Excellence in Housekeeping and Maintenance Award for ITT Sheraton.

Shirin Kanji, Vice President - Acquisitions
Shirin Kanji is the Vice President for all Acquisitions activity for Impact Properties, Inc. He has sourced, underwritten, and negotiated over $325 million of investments encompassing 4 million square feet of commercial real estate investments in the past three years. Mr. Kanji holds a B.S. in Finance and Political Science from NYU Stern School of Business and an M.S. in Real Estate Finance & Development from NYU SCPS Real Estate Institute Mr. Kanji is an active member of the Greater Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce and is part of their Leadership Class of 2010. He also part of the NYU Alumni Advisory Board for the West Coast of Florida chapter and the NYU Alumni Mentor Network. Mr. Kanji has also been part of industry trade groups such as AHOAA, the local Central Florida chapters of NAIOP and SIOR, and INDOUS.
