Dilip Kanji, President/Chief Executive Officer

Dilip Kanji has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry and is responsible for overseeing the company’s long term business activities which include its investment, asset management, and development function. Mr. Kanji’s achievements have been well recognized in the hotel industry, receiving many awards and recognitions during his leadership of the company.

Mr. Kanji remains an active participant within the local business community and is a member of the Florida Hotel/Motel Association, the American Hotel/Motel Association, the Asian American Hotel Owner’s Association, the Tampa/Hillsborough Convention & Visitors Bureau (Board Member), and the Indo-US Chamber of Commerce (Founding Board Member/Chairman).

Kish Kanji, Executive Vice President – Impact Hospitality Management

Kish Kanji heads up the Impact Hospitality Management division responsible for management of the Jacksonville office and overseeing the operations and development for all Northeast Florida holdings for the company. Mr. Kanji has extensive experience in the operations and management of Hilton, IHG, Marriott and Choice brands.

Mr. Kanji is very active within the industry and sits on the board of the Jacksonville Convention & Visitors Bureau, the Jacksonville Hotel/Motel Association, and the local INDO-US Chapter and is also a member of AHOAA.

Nash Kanji, Executive Vice President – Impact Development

Nash Kanji heads up the Impact Development division which is responsible for all development and construction related activity for the company. Mr. Kanji has over 25 years of experience spanning over all facets of project development and construction management for multiple brands and concepts across the hotel, restaurant, and retail industry.

His projects have been recognized in the industry for their excellence, most notably being awarded the Florida Regional Award and the National Award of Excellence for the construction of the Westin Tampa Bay by Associated Builders and Contractors Association in 2009.

Mary Mathieu, Senior Vice President – Impact Hospitality Management

Mary Mathieu is key member of the Impact Hospitality Management division responsible for overseeing the operations for all Tampa holdings for the company. She has 24 years of experience in hotel operations and asset management. Mrs. Mathieu is certified to operate and manage all major hotel franchises including Starwood, Marriott, Hilton, Intercontinental, Carlson, Wyndham, and Choice International.

Mrs. Mathieu is actively involved within the local community and maintains an active role in the Tampa/Hillsborough Convention & Visitors Bureau, Hillsborough County Hotel & Motel Association, Tampa Chamber of Commerce, Ybor City Chamber of Commerce, and the Brandon Chamber of Commerce. Mrs. Mathieu has been recognized by her peers on numerous occasions which include the Chairman’s Club Sheraton Guest Satisfaction Award and the Excellence in Housekeeping and Maintenance Award for Sheraton.

Shirin Kanji, Senior Vice President/Chief Investment Officer

Shirin Kanji is responsible for overseeing all of the company’s investment related activities. Mr. Kanji oversees Impact’s newly formed retail division which includes the Rent a Center and CARSTAR franchised store locations. Mr. Kanji holds a B.S. in Finance and Political Science from NYU Stern School of Business and an M.S. in Real Estate Finance & Development from NYU SCPS Real Estate Institute.

Mr. Kanji is a member of the Greater Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce and is part of their Leadership Class of 2010. He also part of the NYU Alumni Advisory Board for the West Coast of Florida chapter and the NYU Alumni Mentor Network.

Paul Metivier, Rent a Center – Impact RTO Holdings

Paul Metivier is responsible for overseeing the Rent a Center operation for Impact. Mr. Metivier has over 15 years of experience in the rent to own industry, 11 of which were in multi-unit management encompassing all aspects of operations which include sales training, marketing, account management, risk management, and human resources.

He is active within the industry and currently serves as a board member of the Florida Rental Dealers Association . Mr. Metivier holds a Bachelors degree in Finance from University of South Florida and graduated Magna Cum Laude. 

Robert Fernette, BurgerFi – Impact Restaurant Group

Robert Fernette has over 27 years of experience in the restaurant industry and oversees the BurgerFi operation for Impact. He has spent much of his career managing successful multi-unit food operations with major franchise concepts such as Applebee’s and McDonald’s before joining Impact to spearhead the rollout of BurgerFi locations in the Tampa & Sarasota markets.

Mr. Fernette is very active in the local community and is active participant in the South Tampa Chamber of Commerce and the local chapter of the American Cancer Society and its South Tampa Relay for Life annual event.

Loren Rhoads, Vice President

Loren Rhoads is a valuable member of Impact. His role is working on new investment and development deals for Impact.

Jatin Kanji, Asset Manager – Impact Hospitality Management

Jatin Kanji's role entails supporting the management function of all holdings in the portfolio, including active development projects. Jatin comes with a management background in the investment sector having previously spent time at Merrill Lynch and Fifth Third Securities.

Mr. Kanji holds a Bachelors degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Central Florida. He is an active member in the Jacksonville community with ImpactJax, INDO-US of NE Florida, and the regional UCF Alumni Association.

Ahmed Sidat, Assistant Vice President - Impact Hospitality Management

Ahmed Sidat has been a valuable member of Impact for over 20 years. His role entails supporting the management function of all holdings in the portfolio, including in service hotel properties, restaurant outlets, and retail store locations.
