Meet Naresh Kanji

Naresh Kanji is the Executive Vice President responsible for all Development activity for Impact Properties across the hospitality and real estate divisions. He has over 30 years of experience in the industry and his experience spans over all facets of project development and construction management. Most recently, Mr. Kanji was responsible for the construction management over major projects that include the Westin Tampa Bay, Hyatt Place Wesley Chapel, and the Residence Inn Bartram Park. His work has been recognized in the industry for its excellence, most notably being awarded the Florida Regional Award and the National Award of Excellence for the construction of the Westin Tampa Bay by Associated Builders and Contractors Association.
